Booking & Payment
1. All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is successfully received.
2. Guests must provide accurate personal information during booking.
3. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before check-in.
4. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
5. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, services, damages, or late checkout.

Check-In & Check-Out
1.Standard check-in time: 11:00 AM.
2. Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
5. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

Guest Responsibilities
1. Guests must maintain cleanliness and proper use of the property.
2. Any damage caused to the villa, furniture, appliances, or amenities will be charged to the guest.
3. Illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited.
4. Guests must respect neighbors and avoid excessive noise, especially during nighttime hours.

Security Deposit
1. A refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.
2.The deposit will be returned after property inspection.
3. Deductions may be made for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

Safety & Liability
1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
2. The website and property owner are not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss during the stay.
3. Guests must use swimming pools, balconies, fireplaces, and other facilities responsibly.
4. Children must always be supervised by adults.

Refund policy
1. Cancel 25 days before 100% amount refundable
2. Cancel 15 days before 50% amount refundable
3. After 15 days there is No refund
4. CHANGE VILLA OR DATE THERE IS NO PENALTY CHARGE
5. CHANGE THE DATE THEN FULL PAYMENT

Privacy Policy
1. Personal information collected during booking will be handled according to the website’s privacy policy.
2. Guest data will not be sold or shared unlawfully with third parties.
3. Payment information is processed through secure payment gateways.
